Acai Bowl – Easy & Yummy!
One of the biggest food trends of this year would definitely have to be Acai bowls! Acai pronounced (Ah-Sigh-Ee) is berry native to the country of Brazil; it is considered a superfood because of its long list of health benefits. So, not only is Acai healthy but it is super yummy and versatile with its toppings. If you haven’t tried it before, Acai bowls almost have the texture of a creamy soft ice cream or smoothie. Now you cant buy fresh acai anywhere but in Brazil so either we eat the frozen kind or the powdered version. I found a great acai powder through Amazon which I will show a picture of and attach the link to. This was a highly requested blog post! I hope you enjoy this quick tasty acai bowl recipe 🙂
