What Is Biscoff Banana Pudding?

Biscoff banana pudding is a no-bake dessert that layers classic vanilla pudding with sliced bananas, crunchy Biscoff cookies, and rich Biscoff cookie butter. Think of it as a spin on Southern banana pudding, but with warm, caramelized spice notes from Biscoff swapped in for (or added alongside) the usual vanilla wafers. The result is this cold, creamy, layered treat with a delicious caramel-cookie flavor running through every bite — no oven required.

Why You’ll Love This Biscoff Banana Pudding Recipe

There are so many reasons to love this easy Biscoff banana pudding recipe. Here are a few of my top favorite things about this recipe and why it’s so popular every time I make it.

  • No-bake and beginner-friendly. No oven, no fuss — just mix, layer, and chill.
  • Only a handful of ingredients. Sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, Biscoff, and bananas do all the work.
  • Make-ahead friendly. It actually gets better after a few hours in the fridge, so it's perfect for prepping the day before a get-together.
  • A crowd-pleaser. Kids and adults both love it — great for potlucks, BBQs, and summer gatherings.
  • That Biscoff flavor. Warm, caramelized cookie butter running through every creamy layer — it's what sets this apart from a classic banana pudding.

Tips for the Best Biscoff Banana Pudding

I've made this Biscoff banana pudding more times than I can count at this point, so here are a few tips I've picked up along the way to help yours turn out perfectly.

  • Use ripe, but not overripe, bananas. You want them sweet with a little firmness still to them. Overripe bananas turn mushy fast and can make the whole dessert taste off.
  • Whip your own cream if you can. I always say this, but homemade whipped cream just gives you a richer, more luxurious texture than store-bought Cool Whip. That said, if you're short on time, Cool Whip will absolutely still get the job done!
  • Warm your cookie butter slightly before drizzling. I like to pop mine in the microwave for a few seconds so it pours easily between the layers instead of clumping.
  • Don't skip the chill time. I know it's tempting to dig in right away, but giving it a full 3-4 hours (or overnight!) in the fridge lets everything set and the flavors really come together.
  • Add your banana slices last. Bananas brown fast, so I always wait to add them right before serving to keep everything looking fresh and pretty.
  • Save any extra whipped cream. You'll likely have some leftover — I love stirring it into my matcha or having it with fresh fruit so nothing goes to waste!

Ingredients to make Biscoff Banana Pudding

As I mentioned, this recipe is very simple, and you just need a handful of ingredients to make it!

  1. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix: For this recipe, you will need the family-size box, which is about 5 oz. You can find it in most mainstream supermarkets near the Jello. I use cold milk instead of water when making the pudding. I believe it offers more richness and creaminess to the pudding.
  2. Sweetened Condensed milk: You need a can of this to offer that rich, sweet, caramel-like flavor to the dessert. This is where most of the sweetness in this recipe comes from.
  3. Heavy whipping cream: I prefer to whip my own cream rather than use Cool Whip, but you can technically get away with it if you choose to. I just whip heavy cream with a bit of powdered sugar.
  4. Biscoff Cookie Butter and Cookies: this, of course, is a must. For this recipe, you will need a jar of Biscoff cookie butter (about 14 oz) and 2 packages of their cookies. You will use all of it!
  5. Bananas: It wouldn't be Biscoff banana pudding without it! Make sure the bananas are ripe but not overly ripe. You dont want under-ripe bananas here, or else the flavor will not shine through, and overly ripe bananas tend to get mushy.

How to make Biscoff Banana Pudding

Ingredients for Biscoff banana pudding including Biscoff cookies, cookie butter, bananas, vanilla pudding mix, and heavy whipping cream

Once all the components for this pudding are ready, it's just a matter of assembly and chill time before digging in!

Step 1: Make the Vanilla Pudding

First, prepare the vanilla pudding by mixing sweetened condensed milk with milk and the pudding mix. Stir well, then cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Step 2: Whip the Biscoff Cream

Once that's ready, go ahead and work on the other components of this dessert. Whip the heavy cream with a bit of powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Add some cookie butter to the whipped cream for Biscoff flavor!

Step 3: Combine the Pudding and Cream

Stir the vanilla pudding into the whipped cream until you have a soft, creamy, luxurious cream for layering the Biscoff banana pudding.

Step 4: Layer the Pudding

Time to assemble! In a deep 9-by-13, add a layer of the pudding. Top with an even layer of Biscoff cookies, then a layer of pudding, sliced bananas, and a drizzle of cookie butter. You essentially repeat this step with the last layer being cream topped with Biscoff drizzle and cookie crumbles. The banana slices will go on before serving on top to avoid discoloration.

Step 5: Chill and Serve

Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Then, it is ready to be enjoyed!

How to Store Biscoff Banana Pudding

This Biscoff banana pudding keeps well in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Just cover it tightly with plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh. Since the banana slices are added last, I recommend only adding fresh banana on top of the portion you plan to serve that day — this helps keep everything looking fresh and prevents any browning if you're storing leftovers.

I don't recommend freezing this one. The pudding and whipped cream layers don't hold up well once thawed, and you'll lose that creamy texture that makes this dessert so good in the first place.

It's a no-bake dessert that layers vanilla pudding, whipped cream, sliced bananas, Biscoff cookies, and Biscoff cookie butter. It's got all the creamy comfort of classic banana pudding with a warm, caramelized cookie flavor running through it.

You'll make a quick vanilla pudding with sweetened condensed milk and milk, whip up some cream with a bit of Biscoff cookie butter mixed in, then layer it all with Biscoff cookies and sliced bananas in a baking dish. Chill for a few hours (or overnight) and it's ready to enjoy!

Yes! I prefer whipping my own cream for a richer texture, but Cool Whip works great if you want to save time.

It'll keep well for up to 3-4 days when covered tightly or stored in an airtight container.

Definitely — it actually needs a few hours to chill and set, so it's a great make-ahead dessert for parties or get-togethers. Just wait to add fresh banana slices on top until right before serving.

Biscoff Banana Pudding

This Biscoff Banana pudding is everything you want in a no-bake treat. It is creamy, full of flavor, and truly tastes like a marriage of banana pudding and Biscoff.
Serves 12
Prep Time:30 minutes
Chill time:4 hours
Total Time:4 hours 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk can
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 5 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 14 oz Biscoff Cookie Butter Jar, divided
  • 2 8.8 oz Biscoff Cookie Packages
  • 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 5 Large Bananas

Instructions

  • First, combine sweetened condensed milk with the whole milk and instant vanilla mix powder. Whisk together very well. Cover and set in the fridge to chill for 3 hours until it thickens like a pudding.
  • Once thats ready you can work on the other components. In a large bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar and beat until you achieve soft peaks. I use my Kitchenaid mixer with the whisk attachment for this.
  • At this point, go ahead and add 1/2 cup of the biscoff cookie butter to the whipped cream and whisk until well incoprorated and you achieve a smooth cream.
  • Add the pudding to the whipped cream and incoporate it together. Set aside.
  • Time to start assembling! Grab a 9 by 13 deep baking dish. Start with a layer of the cream. Add a layer of biscoff cookies on top of the cream followed by another geneorus layer of cream. Add 2 sliced bananas on top of the cream followed by a hefty drizzle of cookie butter. *I like to microwave the cookie butter for a few seconds so it is easily pourable.
  • Repeat these steps. Add the cookies, then cream, then sliced bananas, drizzle of cookie butter followed by the last layer of cookies topped with the last layer of cream.
  • *You most likely will have leftover cream. You can store it in a tupperware in the fridge to enjoy with some fruit or cookies or even in your matcha!
  • Lastly, drizzle the remaining cookie butter on top and decorate with crushed biscoff cookies. Before serving, add sliced banana to the top as well. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  • Grab a spoon and dig in! This is such a treat!
