Brazilian Cheese Bread
I don’t know about you but I am hooked on Chama Gaucha’s Brazilian cheese bread. It is so good! If you haven’t tried it, not to worry I got the recipe for you to make at home. This version is dairy free so I can enjoy it even more without feeling as much guilt after since I do not tolerate dairy well. Typically, this bread is
Servings: approx. 20 mini ones
Total Time: approx. 30 min
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Tapioca Flour
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dairy free Mozzarella cheese (or regular)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 cup unsweetened original almond milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray the mini muffin pans with olive oil lightly so the muffins do not stick.
Mix together all the above ingredients in a bowl really well.
Pour that mixture into the prepared muffin tin 3/4 of the way.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out and allow to cool for a few minutes. Enjoy warm!

Super love this! I used a different kind of gluten free bread and I felt like I maybe should have used more olive oil. Overall- amazing recipe 🖤
