3 Cups of Frozen peeled Bananas (I sliced mine prior to freezing)
4 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp of almond butter
1/4 tsp of vanilla flavor
1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk (add more if needed)
3 tbsp sweetener (Either Honey, maple syrup, agave)
Pinch of salt
- In a blender, add your bananas and blend or puree them for a few seconds.
- Then add the coco powder, vanilla, salt and almond butter to this. Blend again, and slowly start adding the almond milk till you are at the consistency of what seems like a soft serve ice cream or froyo.
- Garnish with some chopped nuts and or some chocolate chips. Enjoy!
