Ingredients

  • 24 oz Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Dates pitted, softened
  • 1 Banana frozen, sliced

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy!

Notes

I like to use Medjool dates because they are meatier and have more flavor than most other dates.
To soften dates, just place them in warm water for 15 minutes.
You can use any nut butter or milk for this recipe as well.
If you have ripe bananas, other than making banana bread you can slice those bananas and store them in a ziplock container in the freezer for smoothies/smoothie bowls.

    1. Hi Charlie,
Thanks for the great review! I use the Kirkland brand Almond Butter from Costco. I prefer it since the only ingredient is almonds!
