Ingredients
- 24 oz Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Dates pitted, softened
- 1 Banana frozen, sliced

It is roughly 280 calories and quite filling.There are no added sugars completely natural. I would make this shake if you are craving something sweet but want to avoid indulging! It is also great for post-workout fuel.
