Mushroom & Turkey Quiche
Hi friends! I made this quiche last week when I didn’t have much time on my hands and wanted to make something easy yet filling. So, I made a turkey mushroom quiche which my husband happens to love. We both love eggs; so this dish is always a home run. The onions and mushrooms keep the quiche super moist and flavorful while the ground turkey adds a kick to the dish and makes it more hearty.
Servings: 2-4 people
Total Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 lb of ground turkey
1 tbsp taco or chili seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 a sweet onion finely chopped
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
6 oz. of mushrooms sliced
8 eggs
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp chopped basil
Instructions

- In a pan, add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and cook the garlic then add the ground turkey. Season with taco/chili powder, paprika, garlic and onion powder, as well as salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the veggies, eggs, ground turkey and seasoning.
- Pour into an 8-9inch nonstick sprayed pan.
