First, combine sweetened condensed milk with the whole milk and instant vanilla mix powder. Whisk together very well. Cover and set in the fridge to chill for 3 hours until it thickens like a pudding.
Once thats ready you can work on the other components. In a large bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar and beat until you achieve soft peaks. I use my Kitchenaid mixer with the whisk attachment for this.
At this point, go ahead and add 1/2 cup of the biscoff cookie butter to the whipped cream and whisk until well incoprorated and you achieve a smooth cream.
Add the pudding to the whipped cream and incoporate it together. Set aside.
Time to start assembling! Grab a 9 by 13 deep baking dish. Start with a layer of the cream. Add a layer of biscoff cookies on top of the cream followed by another geneorus layer of cream. Add 2 sliced bananas on top of the cream followed by a hefty drizzle of cookie butter. *I like to microwave the cookie butter for a few seconds so it is easily pourable.
Repeat these steps. Add the cookies, then cream, then sliced bananas, drizzle of cookie butter followed by the last layer of cookies topped with the last layer of cream.
*You most likely will have leftover cream. You can store it in a tupperware in the fridge to enjoy with some fruit or cookies or even in your matcha!
Lastly, drizzle the remaining cookie butter on top and decorate with crushed biscoff cookies. Before serving, add sliced banana to the top as well. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Grab a spoon and dig in! This is such a treat!
