Baked Turkey Kebabs
If you guys have been following me for a while now then you know that I never ate ground turkey growing up. I mean NEVER! It was always ground beef in our household until my in-laws introduced me to ground turkey. I then started to experiment with it and have grown to really love it. It’s so much leaner than beef too so its a great substitute. I am super excited to share this recipe with you because you can literally cook it in under 30 minutes and it makes for a healthy wholesome main dish to dinner.
Servings: 9 skewers
Total Time: approx. 40 min

Salt & pepper to taste
Vegetables for skewers

Then broil for 2 minutes for some browning.
Take out and set aside.

Made these back in the summer and grilled them outdoors. These turkey kebabs turned out so tender and juicy. I paired them with the red bulgur salad recipe and it was delicious. When I’m craving meal that’s on the healthier side, you’ll see make this over and over again.
