Baked Turkey Kebabs

baked turkey kebabs on skewers

If you guys have been following me for a while now then you know that I never ate ground turkey growing up. I mean NEVER! It was always ground beef in our household until my in-laws introduced me to ground turkey. I then started to experiment with it and have grown to really love it. It’s so much leaner than beef too so its a great substitute. I am super excited to share this recipe with you because you can literally cook it in under 30 minutes and it makes for a healthy wholesome main dish to dinner.

Servings: 9 skewers

Total Time: approx. 40 min

Salt & pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together the turkey and all the seasonings. Add 3 tbsp of the salsa. Ingredients are below. Mix very well. This should make around 30 meatballs.

Shape into meatballs. Place on nonstick baking pan. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes.

Then broil for 2 minutes for some browning.

Take out and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the veggies with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and broil on low for 10 minutes. Then, set aside.
