You guys loved the Nescafe cake!!! Not only because of how tasty it is but how easy it is to put together so I thought long and hard and remembered enjoying this chocolate lazy cake at my friend’s house growing up. It has
2 packs of tea biscuit coarsely crushed
5 1/2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp of coffee (liquid form and I used Nescafe)
In a large bowl, mix together the condensed milk, coffee, and cocoa powder really well.
To that mixture, add the crushed biscuits and stir together really well until they are all covered with chocolate.
On a large piece of plastic wrap (about 9×13) add the mixture to the center and shape it like a log. Wrap it like a sausage and shape with your hands from outside the plastic wrap.
Then wrap it with aluminum foil to secure it more and place in the freezer for 5 hours or even better yet overnight for best results.
Unwrap and slice with a sharp knife as thick or thin you like. Enjoy! It is good for up to a week wrapped well in the freezer.
